DataRobot needed a space to introduce their employees and partners to new products and services they were offering — and introduce their employees and partners to each other. The "new normal" meant that meeting, having fun, and getting fired up for the upcoming year couldn't happen in person as it had in the past.

So, they partnered with Globacore to design and build a holistic virtual event experience that brought some of the fun of a large-scale, internal conference to the virtual world.

The virtual exhibit encouraged attendees to check out all new products and services that DataRobot offered, make posts to the event's specific social media wall, attend live webinars, engage in networking sessions with other attendees, and even find fun, cheeky "easter eggs" throughout the exhibit featuring members from the leadership team. The more that the attendees engaged with these features, the more points they accrued on an event-wide Leaderboard, cultivating an environment of healthy competition.

The fact that all of these features were brought under one URL was the cherry on top — communications only pointed attendees to one place. Attendees weren't fumbling to find the proper links, opening multiple tabs to manage different interactive components, or sending frantic emails to find the agenda for the conference.

By partnering with Globacore, DataRobot was able to escape the monotony of virtual conferences. Instead, we provided a cohesive, engaging, and fun environment which fostered the team spirit that DataRobot is known for.
