In the spirit of agile development, up goes our new website. We're not completely convinced that everything is absolutely perfect but there's no better way to figuring out the details than to get it out there in the hands of users. And since the inspiring folks at fffff.at recommend that a little rap should accompany your revs we're providing you with an appropriate background track.
With a seriously compressed timeline of about 3 weeks we conceptualized, engineered, designed, programmed, and installed this 20′ multi-touch wall. The installation was featured at Dubai Cityscape in October 2008, and has been improved significantly since. Tracker and base flash API credit to NUI.
In our inaugural blog posting I thought it only prudent to pay tribute to our blog's name sake -- the 80's "teen-film" Weird Science which I believe may have been a root sub conscious source for my interest in technology: The possibility of using technology to create something beautiful.
